The Silambam Club aims to preserve and promote one of Tamil Nadu’s most ancient martial arts — Silambam, a graceful yet powerful traditional weapon-based sport. Our club provides students with an opportunity to learn self-discipline, focus, agility, and the cultural heritage embedded in this ancient art form.
Through regular training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations, members of the Silambam Club develop not only physical fitness and coordination but also self-confidence, respect, and teamwork.

Each session begins with warm-up exercises, followed by footwork drills, weapon handling, defensive and offensive movements, and concludes with relaxation techniques. Under the guidance of trained instructors, students gradually progress from basic spins and strikes to advanced combat forms.
